Goodbye Letter to Old Year

Goodbye letter to old year was 10 sentences long - I said goodbye to all bad things that happened last year. Then I burned it - ashes scattered in the garden. That is not all. Then I wrote a new letter to 2010 with all my wishes and it will be placed somewhere I can see it pretty often and check what is happening. If things will not go the way I want, I will adjust my actions.

What you have done to say good bye to old year?

Great idea Ewa.... I have a lot to say thank you for and a lot to burn and get rid of. I will write them down like you, and burn away all the bad things.

It's amazing Ewa my 2010 is all about action & refining. Thoughts begun a decade ago, finally fruiting. House, garden & lifestyle.

Remembering an American Indian saying about what we sow in one decade we reap in another.

It's exciting good &, honestly, a bit exciting scary too.

Garden & Be Well, XO Tara

I haven't done anything to say goodbye really. I have a lot of thoughts about it though. I guess mainly I am having some tough conversations with the Lord on what I need to do to be a better person so those around me will be better as well. I think it all begins with me and how I view the things/people around me...

Yes Ewa, that was a great idea. I am not a resolution person but there are many things that are important to me..like humility, sharing, caring, learning etc. If you want to see an amazing list, check out Kate on my link "A year with horses." So thoughtful!

Happy New Year!
